Your privacy is important to us!  If you choose to provide us with personal information submitted over the internet, we use that information to respond to your message or fulfill your order.  This includes sending an email or filling out any order form with your personal information.  If provided, personally identifiable information is maintained in a database that is regularly purged.  If you order products through our web site, third party contractors may have access to this information only to process and ship your order efficiently.  These contractors are held to strict policies to safeguard the information. 

We absolutely do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information to non-contracted third parties or other organizations unless required by law.  We hate SPAM as much as you do, and we pledge to keep all your information confidential. 

We are PCI compliant!  The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a robust and comprehensive set of requirements designed to ensure at a company's process for storing or transmitting credit card information involves the highest level of security.  This standard is set by the major credit card companies.  Mud-Throwers has undergone very stringent third party testing and has passed this compliancy.  All sensitive financial information is regularly purged from our system for the protection of our clients.

All returns must be authorized by a staff member of Mud-Throwers.com and are handled on a case by case basis.  A return authorization number is required.  Returns are requested within 30 days of the buyer receiving the shipment. 

If you receive a product that is damaged from shipping, has missing parts, or does not fit your application, please contact us to arrange replacement. 

All returns, other than damaged or defective products, may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  To receive a full refund, products must be in new condition, wrapped in the original packaging, and not been installed.  Items must be returned with all accessories, guarantees, and instructions.  Returns must be shipped prepaid; COD's will be refused.  Returns are not accepted on used items that have been damaged due to neglect or abuse by the end user.

United States:  Shipping rates and offers stated on this website are applicable for products delivered within the lower 48 United States.  Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not apply.  If a order is shipped outside of the lower 48 United States, additional freight charges are required.  We will obtain your approval and these additional freight cots prior to shipping any item. 

Canada:  As stated above, shipping rates and offers stated on this website are applicable for products delivered within the lower 48 United States.  International orders from Canada are accepted, however additional shipping charges, export taxes, and brokerage fees incurred will added to the order.  While the additional shipping charges will be added to the order, export taxes and brokerage fees are often imposed on these items at the time of delivery.

We strive to sell only the highest quality products on the market today.  All products sold by Mud-Throwers are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, if such warranty exists.  We will assist with submitting a claim and replacing defective equipment whenever possible, within the guidelines specified by the manufacturer.  Mud-Throwers.com is not responsible for any damages due to neglect or abuse, installation or removal fees, or freight associated with the failure of any product by the end user.  We will however, work with you, within our best ability, to resolve any problems you may have!
