Remember, all tire sizes are specified in overall tire diameter x tire width x wheel size. (Example: 25x10x12 is 25" tall x 10" wide x 12" wheel size). Please note that prices do vary by tire size.
Check out our online application guide to see the O.E.M. tire and wheels sizes on your particular ATV. In general, we recommend a minimum of 450cc or more for 27" and taller tires. This is especially true with very aggressive tires. We do NOT recommend 28" or taller tires, only offer them as an option for the serious off road enthusiast.
We also recommend light weight aluminum wheels to help offset the additional weight and gearing differences of oversized tires. By keeping the un-sprung weight and rotational mass to a minimum, you will have more performance from your machine! Generally speaking, a more aggressive mud tire will often weigh more and ride rougher than a less aggressive all-terrain tire. This is due to deeper tread depths and wider spaced tread bars. Look for these features as well as ply rating (puncture resistance), rim guard (protects your wheel) and handling characteristics as you shop our online store.
